1. Initial Phone Call

We begin with a phone conversation to discuss your goals, organizational challenges, and the details of your project. During this call, we will also schedule an in-home consultation.

2. In-Home Consultation

During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your space, take any necessary measurements, and provide an estimated project timeline. Consultations typically last 30–45 minutes.

3. Project Planning

Following the consultation, we will select a start date and create a plan tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and desired outcome.

4. Organization & Transformation

I will complete your organizing project by creating functional, stress-free spaces in your home that support your daily life helping you truly live Comfortably Free.

1Is hiring a professional organizer worth the cost?

Investing in professional Organizing services not only saves you time but also reduces stress by creating a more functional living environment. My clients often find that the cost is outweighed by the benefits of increased productivity and a more peaceful home.

2How involved do I need to be during the organizing process?

I prefer my clients to be engaged during the process. The more input you are able to provide, the more efficient we will be. It’s especially tough for us to do the purging and paring down portion without your involvement. If you’re uncertain about whether or not you should keep an item, I will ask questions and help guide you to a place where you can confidently make a decision.

3When is the best time to work with a professional organizer?

There’s no right or wrong time to get a professional organizer involved in simplifying your personal or professional spaces. If you don’t feel relaxed at home, or if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, and unproductive, a professional organizer can bring the order and systems you need to get back on track. Many clients work with me during a big life change (birth of a child, moving homes, after the loss of a loved one, etc.). These big life changes can bring about a lot of stress and anxiety, and it can be helpful to have professionals to guide and support you during these transitions.

4Do I need to provide the organizing supplies for my project?

I'm glad to incorporate your product if it suits your space and system effectively. If it’s unsuitable for a specific area, I’ll suggest alternative uses (for instance, a bin that doesn’t fit in the pantry might be ideal for the bathroom). Additionally, I can supplement the space with organizing products that I provide, ensuring the best utilization of every area.

5What if I don’t want to part with my belongings?

I understand the sentimental value of items, and I never pressure clients to discard belongings. If you are on the fence about an item, I encourage you to keep it now and revisit it later. I’ll spend our time identifying items that are easier to part with and optimizing your space.

6Can you help with packing and unpacking for a move?

Absolutely. I love moves! I think moves are the best time to work with professional organizers because you can get your home set up right from the beginning. Many clients rejoice that what may have taken them months took our team just a few days to accomplish!

My pantry was in need of some “help” to determine the organization of canned goods, baking goods, boxed items ( cereals, rices, etc) snacks, & more.  Rebecca  was able to take the variety of products & place them in baskets of “like” items easily which made it much more convenient to locate what would be needed in meal preparation &/or preparing  baked goods as well as snacks!!

Becca helped us reorganize our small pantry space by placing canned goods ( fruits, vegetables, etc.), boxes ( cereals, noodles, crackers, etc.) baking products ( sugar, flour, rices,  etc)  and more other  items together according to the type of product so it has been  much easier to locate exactly what we are looking for when preparing snacks or meals,  etc.
This also helps tremendously when grocery shopping because we don’t end up overpurchasing items we already have stocked in our pantry!
